At Steel Toes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your boots aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in unworn, original condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to your package.
Pack and Ship
Place the items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
